Mark had found a buyer in the meantime who made an offer over the asking price for a quick decision. This meant we could immediately make an offer which was duly accepted. We cannot recommend Mark and his team highly enough. From our initial discussions about putting our house on the market to booking in regular property viewings, Marks support was outstanding. Having sold our property in as matter of weeks, the team gave us weekly updates on where our solicitors were with the sale so we didn't have to do the chasing calls ourselves. Absolutely fantastic agents, they were approachable and realistic about every aspect of our move and were persistent with the other parties involved throughout the process. They never left us to do our own viewings (I think that might even be their policy?) and the commission was much lower than we'd paid when we last moved; we can honestly say that every penny of it was well spent and would recommend Mark and the team to anybody.
The guy that is running this estate agents is totally genuine and unlike other estate agents this guy actually puts his clients first.
