I couldn't recommend Carolyn enough! Her passion for weddings is just incredible and I ended up wanting her to come home with me and organise the whole lot! She has an incredible eye for colour and gave some much needed and massively appreciated help with styling and colour. I saw one of the dresses online and was worried about fit so I messaged Carolyn and she was just incredible! 3 taxis, 2 plane journeys, 2 trains and 2 buses later I'm home with my dream dress and can't stop staring at it! It's like it was made for me! The other dresses in the shop were so beautiful that even if the one I wanted hadn't been there I don't think I would've left empty handed, some really beautiful and unique pieces. Well worth a visit for anyone looking for "the one" in a relaxed and friendly environment she even helped me get it ready to get it back on the plane, she's an absolute gem and I'm so ecstatic with my dress
I would highly recommend Bridal Reloved at Sawston. I live in Dorset and spotted my dream wedding dress on the Bridal Reloved website. When I found out it was in the Sawston store I panicked that someone might buy it before I could get there. However, when I phoned the Sawston store, I was reassured that they would put the dress aside so that my fianc and I could drive over that Saturday. After a long journey we arrived to find the lovely lady in the store (I feel awful but I can't remember her name) had bought fresh pastries and made coffee for us, as she knew we had a long journey. I was able to take my patient fiance a couple of pastries and a coffee which he had in the car park round the back, while I went in and tried on my dress. I fell in love with it immediately and took it away with me. I can't recommend the service highly enough. Very personal and I was made to feel so special.
