Great little place for all your shooting needs
Bought my first shotgun here. Fantastic service. Helpful and useful advice. Owner could have sold me and expensive gun, but advised otherwise as first purchase. Quality gun bought for nearly half the cost of what I was going to pay. Used a lot now and more than happy with purchase. Well recommended and will return again. Looking at air rifle purchase next.
I recently made a purchase remotely, and from start to finish the staff could not be more helpful. I initially made a telephone enquiry about the item and everyone was polite, attentive and helpful. The process of purchasing the item was smooth and the follow up could not be better they emailed me to inform me when they had received my paperwork, when to expect it back and to check that I had received it. They also arranged delivery around my availability so that I did not miss the delivery and everything arrived beautifully packaged exactly when it should.It has been thoroughly refreshing to deal with such professional people and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future I only wish I lived closer so had more opportunity!
They reliably get in a specific feed for me (that they no longer stock) and with a wide range of other useful goods in the store that has a lot more value for me than cheapest prices on mail order. That said, I have occasionally coughed at some prices in the gun room and had to haggle to get a sensible price on something today but we got there. Overall very friendly staff and its a pleasure to deal with them
