I have been going to BetterNow for a considerable time now. I see Sarah who is a fabulous Osteopath and has worked wonders on my back. I am a Barber so stand all day with my arms up using my scissors and comb all day. After years of my occupation it took a toll! Sarah has done a great job! We started with a session every 2 weeks cos she had her work cut out! I now see her on a 6 weekly basis to keep me mobile. My posture is greatly improved and I use the exercises she suggests to help myself.Sarah is a very genuine young lady who is always ready with advice and a very friendly attitude.I also see Leah on occasion for general chiropodist treatments. What can I say?!!? A very lovely lady and a treat to your feet!All in all BetterNow is a great place for your body.
